CHC is funded entirely by donations from individual donors, and small grants from foundations, health centers and the City of Santa Fe. CHC does not charge for its scheduling and case management services.
Your donation enables Coming Home Connection to recruit, train and place volunteers and low-cost in-home caregivers who help those in our community who are truly in the most need, whether for end-of-life
Your monthly donation to CHC ensures that the most vulnerable in our community will continue to receive help when all else has failed. CHC depends on regular community support to offer ongoing compassionate services to clients who are truly in need of skilled caretaking.
