Coming Home Connection is part of a community network that pulls together to care for those in need.  We are deeply grateful to our financial supporters, but also to our fellow nonprofits such as Kitchen Angels whose volunteers deliver meals to those who can’t shop or cook for themselves.  We honor the social workers with Adult Protective Services and several hospice agencies, who often refer clients to us who lack any kind of support system.  We’re all in this together.
